Description

  • Lead the analytics function across multiple large-scale marketing and advertising accounts, including strategy, team management, and client partnership.
  • Identify and pursue analytics opportunities within client engagements, bringing in experts from across Integrated Intelligence as needed.
  • Partner with Integrated Intelligence leadership, Client Relationship Leads, and 21GRAMS to execute a business development plan that expands analytics integration into marketing and advertising work.
  • Build strong internal relationships with account management, strategy, media activation, and digital experience teams.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team through personalized career coaching and support for learning and development.
  • Hire and grow the team to align with the business vision and evolving client needs.
  • Deliver best-in-class analytics work that supports operational excellence and practice growth.
  • Deepen existing client relationships while contributing to new business and organic growth.
  • Inspire a collaborative team culture and grow team members into high-performing contributors.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, with most of that time in healthcare/pharma marketing, advertising, PR, or related fields such as digital/social strategy, research, or performance measurement.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including team development and project leadership.
  • Strong understanding of marketing communications, including audiences, data, technologies, and regulatory context.
  • Experience managing senior-level client relationships.
  • Awareness of current trends and developments in marketing analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver impact and value through strategic analytics work.
  • Proven success in growing business organically and through new business opportunities.
  • Inspirational leadership with a commitment to developing talent.
  • Adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries (preferred).
