Description

  • Define and own Boldr’s category, positioning, and market narrative.
  • Develop differentiated messaging that resonates with CX and operations leaders.
  • Translate positioning into pipeline-generating go-to-market strategies that support revenue goals.
  • Build and lead a repeatable, scalable marketing engine that contributes directly to pipeline.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to align marketing activity with revenue outcomes.
  • Establish Boldr’s presence in key CX ecosystems, including SaaS and eCommerce communities.
  • Design and execute high-trust engagement programs such as executive dinners, roundtables, and community-led experiences.
  • Build thought leadership and content that reflect Boldr’s perspective on CX, AI-enabled delivery, and modern outsourcing.
  • Partner with RevOps to improve marketing reporting, measurement, and visibility into pipeline impact.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a global marketing team with clear operating rhythms and accountability.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading or materially contributing to category repositioning or market narrative development.
  • Demonstrated ownership of, or significant impact on, pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience in consulting, services, or other complex solution-based sales environments.
  • Background in CX, outsourcing, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
  • Experience building and scaling marketing functions and teams.
  • Track record of working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to drive GTM alignment.
  • Experience leveraging partnerships, ecosystems, and community-driven GTM motions.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing systems, with strong familiarity with HubSpot preferred.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
