Description

  • Own the end-to-end design, deployment, and optimization of integrations between Salesforce and internal enterprise systems.
  • Design integration patterns that support data consistency, real-time synchronization, error handling, and reusable best practices.
  • Define API requirements and integration approaches across REST/SOAP, OAuth, API keys, and webhook architectures.
  • Gather requirements for complex Workato workflows and optimize recipes for performance and reliability.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to detect and resolve integration failures, performance issues, and data quality problems.
  • Serve as technical product owner for enterprise application initiatives by translating business needs into technical specifications and prioritizing requests.
  • Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data flow maps, API specifications, and user guides.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, manage defect tracking, and support production deployment.
  • Build product roadmaps for enterprise applications in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration, data models, reports, dashboards, list views, and permissions to support integrations and visibility.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or technical product management with a heavy integration/systems focus.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce integrations using an iPaaS platform such as Workato, Zapier, or MuleSoft.
  • Deep Salesforce knowledge, including data model, security model, Flow, Process Builder, custom objects, and API capabilities.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, API keys, rate limiting, and error handling.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, and working with relational data models.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services environments with complex revenue operations and compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of revenue operations workflows such as lead-to-opportunity, customer onboarding, and renewals.
  • Workato certification or extensive hands-on experience building production-grade Workato integrations (preferred).
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Fivetran and ELT/ETL patterns (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for integration deployments (preferred).
  • Experience with credit underwriting platforms, entity management systems, or financial services applications (preferred).
  • Exposure to Jira, Asana, or Linear and the product development lifecycle (preferred).
  • Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript for automation and data transformation (preferred).
  • Experience with Postman or Insomnia for API testing and debugging (preferred).
  • Previous experience in technical product management or business systems analysis (preferred).
