Description

  • Own a consolidated view of employee-impacting initiatives, including priorities, owners, dependencies, timelines, risks, and change readiness.
  • Establish governance for intake, prioritization, reporting, decision-making, and escalation.
  • Apply AI to improve decision-making and operational efficiency with appropriate confidentiality, governance, and human oversight.
  • Partner with technology, infrastructure, architecture, People Operations, communications, and business leaders to sequence organizational changes.
  • Lead change plans covering stakeholder alignment, communications, training, launch readiness, adoption, and reinforcement.
  • Translate complex technical, operational, and policy changes into clear employee and leader communications.
  • Identify adoption barriers, ownership gaps, and resistance; coordinate resolution and maintain accountability through implementation.
  • Provide executives with clear updates on progress, tradeoffs, risks, and decisions required.
  • Support cross-functional teams in sustaining new processes and ways of working after launch.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise portfolio management, cross-functional program delivery, technology change management, or internal operations with employee impact.
  • Experience influencing without direct authority, navigating ambiguity and competing viewpoints, and holding stakeholders accountable.
  • Experience working in a public company or regulated environment with strong governance and accountability requirements.
  • Knowledge of organizational change, employee communications, training, adoption, and habit formation.
  • Strong communication, judgment, discernment, stakeholder influence, and executive presence.
  • Ability to connect strategy with hands-on execution and drive complex initiatives to completion.
  • Systems perspective and business acumen across technology, finance, operations, employees, and culture.
  • Experience with technology, infrastructure, architecture, or enterprise systems change preferred.
