Description

  • Design, code, test, deploy, and maintain software across the full development lifecycle.
  • Build and optimize services and features for Conga’s AI Platform and flagship products.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape how features are designed and delivered.
  • Collaborate with product management to define, develop, and deliver software features.
  • Develop testable software and automate testing to support quality and reliability.
  • Deploy services in a cloud environment and work within a DevOps model.
  • Support telemetry, observability, and root-cause analysis to maintain service health.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide thoughtful code review feedback.
  • Document work clearly and contribute to training materials for other team members.
  • Manage priorities, negotiate deadlines, and deliver features with quality and clarity.

Requirements

  • Experience building and shipping production software.
  • Strong hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Deep experience with Python, FastAPI, PyTest, Celery, and modern software design patterns.
  • Comfort working with complex systems and contributing to architecture discussions.
  • Experience with the full development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, JIRA, and DevOps principles.
  • Interest in AI/GenAI development, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Experience with testing tools such as PyTest or Selenium.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
  • Preferred experience with object-oriented programming, concurrency, and REST APIs.
  • Preferred experience with CI/CD tools like Terraform or GitHub Actions.
  • Preferred familiarity with AI/ML, GenAI, and MLOps concepts.
  • Preferred experience with SQL or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, MSSQL, or Postgres.
  • Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or GCP technologies such as VertexAI, BigQuery, GKE, GCS, DataFlow, and Kubeflow.
  • Preferred experience with testing frameworks such as PyMock, xUnit, and mocking libraries.
  • Preferred additional programming languages such as C#, Java, or Scala.
