Description

  • Develop and maintain business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate within the VA Enterprise Cloud framework.
  • Build Power BI reports and dashboards using existing service licenses, Report Server, gateway, and designated workspaces.
  • Support the migration of SSRS reports to Power BI under senior developer guidance.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint sites, SQL Server databases, and existing .NET applications.
  • Maintain and enhance the Data Management Center portfolio of Power Apps, workflows, and SharePoint integrations.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries and data connections that support Power Platform solutions.
  • Ensure Power Apps, workflows, and Power BI reports comply with Section 508, ADA, and WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA requirements.
  • Document solution configurations, data sources, and report-to-source traceability.
  • Support ATO artifact maintenance and vulnerability remediation for Power Platform components.
  • Participate in recurring technical working sessions with the DMC team and related developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; no equivalencies or substitutions accepted.
  • 4+ years of experience developing solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL databases and SharePoint integration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have continuously resided in the United States for the past 36 months.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 are preferred.
  • Experience with SSRS and report migration to Power BI is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps is preferred.
  • Experience supporting federal agencies or large enterprise environments is preferred.
  • Experience with Section 508 accessibility standards is preferred.
