Description

  • Identify and segment target accounts based on the company’s service portfolio, including cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI, infrastructure, and digital consulting.
  • Conduct outbound lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Qualify prospects using BANT, MEDDIC, or similar qualification frameworks.
  • Manage, update, and maintain prospect data in the CRM.
  • Coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine messaging, campaigns, and content.
  • Track and analyze sales and funnel metrics such as conversion rate, response rate, and MQL to SQL conversion.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and technology events when needed.
  • Build relationships with prospects and help nurture the pipeline from first contact through handoff to sales.

Requirements

  • Native-level German, advanced English spoken and written, and at least B1-level Spanish.
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology consulting, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Knowledge of consultative selling methodologies and B2B prospecting.
  • Experience using CRM and sales automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo.
  • Excellent communication and sales storytelling skills.
  • Strong results orientation, resilience, and a growth mindset.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Must be based in Spain and eligible to work there.
  • Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available for this role.
