Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of customer deployments from initial scoping through production implementation.
  • Work directly with customer engineers and stakeholders to define constraints, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Translate DSP, RF, communications, and other compute-heavy algorithms into optimized implementations on GPUs, FPGAs, and edge systems.
  • Profile, debug, and tune systems for latency, throughput, memory, and power across heterogeneous compute environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across algorithms, software, hardware, and toolchains.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the platform based on field learnings and customer needs.
  • Build reusable deployment patterns and playbooks to improve repeatability across customers.
  • Support on-site integration, testing, and validation at customer locations as needed.
  • Operate autonomously in ambiguous, high-stakes environments to unblock critical deployment issues.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or applied algorithm development.
  • Strong programming ability in at least one of: Python, C++, CUDA, Matlab, VHDL, Verilog, or Rust.
  • Hands-on experience with GPU programming, FPGA development, embedded systems, or edge compute environments.
  • Experience working with compute-intensive workloads such as DSP, RF, communications, or computer vision.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize and deploy software on specialized or constrained hardware.
  • Ability to debug complex systems across software and hardware boundaries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Comfort working directly with customers and communicating technical concepts clearly.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites 30-75% of the time.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
