Description

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads.
  • Handle follow-up activities including emails, admin tasks, and basic documentation.
  • Set, confirm, and rebook qualified meetings for clients.
  • Manage pipeline activity through attended meeting stage.
  • Log all activities and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Coordinate calendar handoffs to account executives or client teams.
  • Report daily and weekly activity and results.
  • Learn and follow calling playbooks, scripts, and best practices.
  • Adapt messaging for different client industries and audiences.
  • Execute pre-built cadences and sequences provided by the client team.
  • Import and export lead lists into the dialer and CRM after training.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Availability to work US hours in Eastern Time.
  • Part-time availability of 20 hours per week.
  • Process discipline and consistency in reporting.
  • Coachability and openness to feedback.
  • Professionalism aligned with Coconut's standards.
  • Prior experience using a CRM.
  • Prior SDR/BDR experience with US markets is preferred.
  • Proven track record booking meetings from outbound campaigns is preferred.
  • Familiarity with common CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Industry research skills and ability to understand ICPs and pain points are preferred.
  • Experience adapting to multiple clients or verticals is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and email.
  • Experience with automated dialers is preferred and training will be provided on the specific platform.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as SalesIntel, Apollo, or ZoomInfo is preferred.
  • Ability to complete the application requirements, including CEFR English rating, an English resume in the required template, and a 1-minute introduction video.
