Description

  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive mobile test plans and act as the team’s quality subject matter expert.
  • Build, maintain, and scale automated testing frameworks for mobile applications and backend services.
  • Design and implement automated test suites for REST APIs to validate data integrity and client-server communication.
  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to support shift-left testing across the SDLC.
  • Oversee the end-to-end testing cycle for mobile releases.
  • Document defects clearly and manage root cause analysis for production issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
  • Integrate mobile and API automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on mobile automation.
  • Experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium, Espresso, or UI Automator.
  • Proven experience designing and building API automation frameworks using RestAssured, Postman/Newman, or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of the Android platform, including ADB, emulators, and physical device testing.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Bitrise, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with XCUITest and the iOS ecosystem is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Python is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud device farms such as BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or Firebase Test Lab is preferred.
  • Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments and advanced use of JIRA and/or Azure DevOps is preferred.
