Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks using FitNesse and Tosca Tricentis.
  • Develop, execute, and troubleshoot automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Use Tosca Tricentis for model-based, scriptless test automation across enterprise applications and APIs.
  • Use FitNesse to support collaborative, wiki-based acceptance testing between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Integrate automated testing tools into DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with software engineering and cybersecurity teams to resolve defects and improve software quality.
  • Generate and present test reports, risk assessments, and quality metrics to program managers and mission stakeholders.
  • Ensure automated testing processes comply with Department of War DevSecOps standards and support secure processing of mission data up to Impact Level 4 (IL4).

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Information Systems or Computer Science, or an applicable training certificate from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, test engineering, and test automation.
  • Demonstrated experience with Tricentis Tosca for model-based testing, API testing, and UI automation.
  • Strong working knowledge of FitNesse for developing, organizing, and maintaining acceptance test suites.
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# to extend automation frameworks.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and modern SDLC practices under Agile methodologies.
  • Preferred experience testing ERP systems, web applications, and microservices architectures.
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Ability to work mostly remotely, with occasional travel in the Washington, DC Metro area and after-hours work as needed.
