Description

Design test strategies and test plans using a BDD approach.
Define clear and measurable acceptance criteria with the team.
Automate functional and non-functional tests for web, mobile, and backend applications.
Execute and interpret performance tests using JMeter and K6.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Manage defects, risks, and quality metrics.
Perform data validation using SQL and corporate database engines.
Participate actively in agile ceremonies within Scrum or Kanban teams.

Requirements

Experience with automation using SerenityBDD, Screenplay, Gherkin/Cucumber, and Karate.
Understanding of testing processes and test types, with ISTQB FL/AT knowledge.
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter and K6.
Security testing knowledge with OWASP ZAP is preferred.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially Azure DevOps, and Git.
Ability to work with SQL databases, Oracle, DB2, and PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of quality metrics, applied analytics, and Shift-Left/Shift-Right practices.
Strong software engineering foundation, including SOLID, Clean Code, DRY, DAMP, and refactoring.
Experience using GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.
ITIL v4 knowledge is preferred.
Clear technical communication, effective negotiation, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
