Description

  • Prospect and develop new enterprise accounts across target verticals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with VPs, Directors, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Develop customized solutions in collaboration with operations, pricing, and solutions design teams.
  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue and volume targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in CRM.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Partner with account management teams to ensure a seamless post-close transition and long-term client retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2–3 years selling logistics, freight, or supply chain solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure contracts with enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of truckload (TL) and cross-border transportation.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience with cross-border freight across the US, Canada, and Mexico is preferred.
  • Familiarity with TMS platforms and logistics technology is preferred.
  • An existing book of business or established shipper relationships is preferred.
