Description

  • Track variable compensation changes and update systems accordingly.
  • Set up, activate, and terminate employees in Xactly.
  • Maintain quotas and compensation variables.
  • Create and distribute sales compensation plans to sales employees.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure accurate monthly commission payouts.
  • Submit monthly payroll for North America and Europe sales teams.
  • Work with vendors to resolve errors.
  • Update compensation training tools and policy documents.
  • Draft, complete, and implement sales compensation plans, quotas, and management by objectives.
  • Complete monthly compensation reconciliation and quarterly bonus payouts.
  • Support the annual compensation review and planning process.
  • Assist with the development and rollout of compensation program communications.
  • Partner with Order Operations and Sales Support to reconcile, correct, and verify payable opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales compensation experience.
  • Experience working with Xactly is required.
  • Experience working with sales teams.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and nested IF statements.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate, set expectations, and identify process improvements.
  • Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a self-motivated approach.
