Description

  • Define, build, and maintain scalable marketing data flows and integrations across marketing systems.
  • Design and document integration architecture, field mappings, transformation logic, sync behavior, and system dependencies.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures, synchronization issues, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Partner with RevOps and IT to implement and optimize cross-functional integrations, APIs, and automation workflows.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new marketing technologies and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, workflows, governance standards, and operational procedures.
  • Help establish scalable standards for system configuration, integration design, change management, and operational support.
  • Support data governance, compliance, audit, and security initiatives with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reduce manual work, and increase process scalability through automation.
  • Partner with Marketing Data & Analytics, RevOps, and business stakeholders to support trusted reporting, attribution, funnel visibility, dashboards, and data accessibility.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology, or a related operational role.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, lead lifecycle management, and marketing data architecture.
  • Experience working with APIs, integration platforms, workflow automation tools, or cross-system data flows.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, IT, Analytics, and other technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving processes and priorities.
  • Strong documentation, organization, and operational process management skills.
  • Experience supporting data governance, compliance, or audit-related initiatives is a plus.
  • Remote role, preferably aligned to the Eastern time zone.

  • Base salary range of $114,000 to $140,000 USD.
