Description

  • Define and execute sales plans for an assigned territory.
  • Convey product value and differentiators to prospects and customers.
  • Forecast sales performance and meet or exceed quota.
  • Develop and manage the lead funnel using inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Manage business activity and track opportunities in CRM and other sales tools.
  • Collaborate across product, support, and sales engineering to improve the sales cycle.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and the offerings of competing companies.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers to evangelize secure and reliable software.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing experience in the SaaS, Security, or DevOps industry.
  • Must be located in the Eastern Region of the United States.
  • US-based candidate.
  • Strong track record of consistently overachieving sales targets, ideally in the top 10-20% of the company.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to travel to clients as needed to support sales relationships.
  • Domain experience with compute platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, DevOps tooling, CI/CD platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins, and overall SDLC is strongly recommended.
  • Startup experience is preferred.
  • Ability to learn new products and processes quickly and thrive in an agile, ever-evolving environment.
