Description

  • Prospect into target enterprise accounts and generate new pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation.
  • Lead discovery calls, coordinate product demonstrations, and navigate the procurement process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through disciplined sales execution.
  • Understand German enterprise customer pain points and align New Relic’s value to their business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and document sales activity in Salesforce.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers, SDRs, Customer Success, and marketing teams to support deals and improve win rates.
  • Work to displace competitors and position New Relic as a critical value driver for prospects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS, DevOps, or Cloud technologies.
  • Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to developers and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Experience selling into enterprise customers in Germany or a similar market is strongly relevant.
  • Ability to manage a disciplined sales process and maintain strong sales hygiene.
  • Comfort using Salesforce for forecasting and activity tracking.
