Description

  • Support the post-contract partner lifecycle by maintaining strong partner relationships and alignment with Canary’s business goals.
  • Design and execute joint co-marketing campaigns with partners, including webinars, email nurture sequences, and co-branded collateral.
  • Manage the full onboarding process for new partners and provide ongoing training on Canary’s product suite.
  • Build and maintain partner profiles and up-to-date mappings of relevant partner staff.
  • Lead pre- and post-event communications for partner-hosted industry events and trade shows to improve lead capture and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to optimize partner-account sales motions and develop expansion playbooks.
  • Educate the Growth team on each partner’s joint value proposition.
  • Set, track, and report on KPIs for partnership marketing activities, including campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Work with the content team to create localized and partner-specific marketing materials such as case studies, testimonials, and email content.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in partner marketing, customer marketing, or demand generation.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment, preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality technology or working directly with hospitality brands, strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with PRM platforms and other growth or partnerships tools.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones with external partners and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data, derive insights, and iterate based on results.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
