Description

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of channel partners and own their engagement and responsiveness.
  • Lead program launches and ensure technical and administrative requirements are completed so members can access care smoothly.
  • Conduct business reviews and manage written and verbal partner communications in both French and English.
  • Own renewals by tracking timelines, preparing renewal materials, and coordinating pricing, contracts, and eligibility details.
  • Manage partnership operations including eligibility administration, billing cycles, and Salesforce data accuracy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Support, and Product teams to resolve partner issues before they escalate.
  • Use data and reporting tools to monitor partner performance, identify risks early, and deliver accurate reporting on time.
  • Identify workflow gaps and contribute to playbooks and process improvements that help the team scale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, client success, account management, or operations role.
  • Experience in a B2B, SaaS, or service-based environment is preferred.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English, with the ability to lead meetings, manage written communication, and build relationships in both languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without letting details slip.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort managing both relationship-based work and operational details such as billing, eligibility, and reporting.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability, including knowing when to escalate and when to act independently.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable, with a track record of producing accurate, high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfort working with CRMs such as Salesforce and reporting tools, and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
  • Able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a purpose-driven environment.
