Description

  • Drive the overall partner revenue channel in Canada and grow ARR through partner-led bookings and expansion programs.
  • Own the full lifecycle of partner relationships, including recruitment, management, support, governance, and escalation handling.
  • Manage Actionstep Certified Partners, Referral Partners, and strategic integration partners to support sales, implementation, and lead generation goals.
  • Prepare annual partner budgets and deliver quarterly business reviews to the Actionstep Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on co-marketing opportunities, campaigns, industry events, webinars, and user groups.
  • Support the Sales team during prospect pursuits while ensuring regional partner rules of engagement are followed.
  • Work with Services to resolve challenged implementations and maintain the regional list of Certified Partners.
  • Maintain accurate partner pipeline data and manage partner relationship systems and the partner portal.
  • Lead regular partner communications such as virtual town halls, one-on-one check-ins, and newsletters.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to address product gaps, build business cases, share ecosystem insights, and review partner commissions.

Requirements

  • Experience leading partner strategy, partner account management, or channel revenue growth in a regional market.
  • Experience managing relationships with certified partners, referral partners, and/or software integration partners.
  • Ability to develop and manage partner budgets and quarterly business reviews.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Services, Product, Finance, and Sales Operations.
  • Ability to maintain and analyze partner pipeline data in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience creating partner enablement materials and co-marketing programs.
  • Strong communication skills for running town halls, partner check-ins, and stakeholder updates.
  • Ability to support prospect pursuits while enforcing partner program rules and governance.
  • Experience working with commission processes and partner revenue-share models is preferred.
  • Familiarity with professional services, legal tech, or SaaS partner ecosystems is preferred.
