Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partners throughout onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
  • Own day-to-day partner communication, performance reviews, and strategic planning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner stakeholders across business, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Lead weekly, bi-weekly, monthly calls, and quarterly business reviews to discuss performance, wins, roadmap alignment, and growth opportunities.
  • Own the onboarding experience for new supply partners, including implementation planning, stakeholder coordination, asset delivery, and pre- and post-launch testing.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth launches and scalable partner setups.
  • Define success metrics, milestones, and post-launch optimization plans during onboarding.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and provide data-backed recommendations.
  • Work with Data Science, Client Success, and Creative teams to optimize media mix, targeting, creative formats, and placements.
  • Represent partner needs internally, advocate for product or service improvements, and document playbooks and onboarding frameworks.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Partner Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships, ideally in ad tech, martech, e-commerce, or retail media.
  • Proven success managing and growing a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, brands, or agencies.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to explain technical and business concepts to different stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working from performance data, dashboards, and trends to derive actionable insights.
  • A strategic operator with a focus on process optimization, documentation, and scalable growth.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing competing priorities with agility and focus.
  • Interest in post-purchase monetization, commerce media, and the intersection of consumer behavior and advertising.
  • Experience with technical integrations such as pixels, iFrames, SDKs, and tag managers, plus comfort debugging or partnering with technical teams.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth advertising monetization or startup environment is preferred.
  • Understanding of the retail media and e-commerce landscape and familiarity with CPM, CPA, and CPC monetization models.
