Description

  • Own day-to-day website operations, including content updates, backups, performance monitoring, and issue response.
  • Manage the WordPress CMS, including updates, plugins, themes, and third-party integrations.
  • Build and maintain reusable website components and code libraries for efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure the website is responsive, accessible, and optimized across devices and browsers.
  • Monitor and automate lead capture forms and route submissions correctly to the CRM and sales reps.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategy, including technical SEO, keyword research, and performance reporting.
  • Own CRO testing and optimization across websites and landing pages using A/B and multivariate testing, heatmaps, and behavioral analytics.
  • Manage email marketing execution in Pardot, including automated nurture workflows, email drops, testing, and performance reporting.
  • Own marketing reporting and dashboards in Salesforce to track lead volume, conversion, attribution, and pipeline influence.
  • Manage a targeted paid media budget across platforms such as LinkedIn and Google, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or demand generation with hands-on ownership of website CMS and Pardot.
  • Proven experience managing WordPress at an operational level, including CMS administration, plugin management, and integrations.
  • Strong SEO background, including technical SEO, keyword strategy, and performance reporting.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis.
  • Experience building and managing automated email nurture programs in Pardot or equivalent marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce, particularly for lead and pipeline performance.
  • Highly analytical, with comfort owning dashboards, attribution reporting, and pipeline data.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing quality or deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a naturally curious mindset.
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating without a large team in a high-ownership individual contributor role.
  • Experience in higher education, edtech, or complex B2B services with long sales cycles (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of paid media platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, with experience managing a targeted budget (preferred).
  • Experience with Google Analytics or equivalent web analytics and testing tools (preferred).
  • Experience working within a Salesforce environment for lead routing and form integrations (preferred).
  • Experience with HEP or similar higher education contact databases (preferred).
  • Exposure to ABM strategy and execution (preferred).
