Description

  • Lead career development conversations, monthly mentoring sessions, and individual development plans for team members.
  • Assign and monitor daily and ongoing operational tasks, prioritizing work and escalating complex issues.
  • Own quality assurance for media executions, including budget, pacing, segmentation, and targeting reviews.
  • Architect campaigns and define platform setup approaches according to client needs and market best practices.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring SLA compliance and strong relationships.
  • Identify incremental service opportunities and co-lead business growth conversations.
  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to align expectations and requirements.
  • Develop and implement performance media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
  • Create media plans aligned with established KPIs and business objectives.
  • Support campaign monitoring, execution, launches, and final reporting against projections and targets.

Requirements

  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency for communication with global stakeholders.
  • Solid experience creating, optimizing, and managing performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic platforms.
  • Proven experience leading teams, managing people, and developing talent through individual growth plans.
  • Strategic understanding of paid media, including programmatic, search, and social.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage complex situations effectively.
  • Strong organization and accountability when managing multiple demands and deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating with international clients and multidisciplinary teams (preferred).
