Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage ongoing communications.
  • Lead client meetings, updates, strategy check-ins, and relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Build, schedule, test, and optimize email campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
  • Write and edit email copy, subject lines, and campaign messaging while tracking engagement metrics.
  • Manage WordPress website updates, landing pages, and campaign-related content changes.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO analysis using Ahrefs or Semrush, and monitor rankings and traffic.
  • Track campaign performance in Google Analytics (GA4) and prepare actionable client reports.
  • Coordinate priorities, deadlines, approvals, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple accounts.
  • Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to improve research, content, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing account management, agency, or client-facing marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp.
  • Experience managing or updating WordPress websites.
  • Familiarity with Ahrefs or Semrush.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong written and spoken English with excellent client communication skills.
  • Strong organization, project management, and follow-through abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and work remotely during U.S. business hours.
  • HubSpot or Klaviyo experience preferred.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, Google Ads, Meta Ads, executive-level clients, or fast-paced agency environments preferred.
