Description

  • Lead, recruit, onboard, coach, and retain a team of 4-6 Sales Development Representatives.
  • Provide regular 1:1 coaching, team training, role-playing, and development support.
  • Manage day-to-day SDR operations, including performance management and skill development.
  • Design and execute sales development programs aligned with GTM priorities, enterprise/SMB motions, and revenue goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align outreach strategy, lead generation, and campaign execution.
  • Run multichannel prospecting and lead follow-up across email, phone, LinkedIn, and account-based tactics.
  • Own pipeline creation targets, including meetings booked, opportunities created, pipeline value, and conversion metrics.
  • Monitor pipeline health, lead distribution, CRM hygiene, and SDR activity reporting.
  • Continuously improve outreach processes, qualification criteria, routing rules, cadences, and messaging.
  • Evaluate and implement tools, integrations, and AI use cases to improve SDR efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales, sales development, or sales leadership roles.
  • 2+ years of people management experience leading SDR teams.
  • Proven success generating pipeline in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing multiple reps and using metrics to analyze performance and course-correct quickly.
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies and conversion from prospecting to qualified opportunity.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment that values experimentation and adaptability.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience preferred but not required.
  • Work sponsorship is not available for this role.
