Description

  • Develop and execute a partnerships roadmap focused on co-brand and private-label card programs to drive MyDinova adoption.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with credit card companies, travel providers, and restaurant technology platforms.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of the credit card rewards, loyalty, and corporate card partnership landscape to inform strategy.
  • Source, negotiate, and close partnership agreements with issuers, card networks, processors, and retail chains.
  • Lead negotiations on revenue models, co-marketing, data sharing, KPIs, and other commercial terms.
  • Own partnership economics, including fees, interchange share, revenue splits, subsidies, and acquisition incentives.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Finance to launch and support programs.
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track partner performance and optimize underperforming deals.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a partnerships team while creating playbooks, SLAs, tools, and scalable operating processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in payments, credit card, and/or corporate travel, including at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Proven experience in the credit card industry, including payment networks and/or corporate travel.
  • Direct experience launching and operating co-brand and/or private-label credit card programs with issuers and networks.
  • Demonstrated success building partnerships with merchants, card issuers, and/or corporate travel partners.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and contract management experience with banks, card networks, and large merchants.
  • Familiarity with payment stack components such as processors, gateways, tokenization, POS integration, and EMV.
  • Experience with loyalty and CRM integrations.
  • Experience working with Risk, Fraud, and Compliance teams to meet card network and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven P&L ownership and ability to model partnership economics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, partnership analytics platforms, and financial modeling.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for partner meetings, merchant pilots, and industry events.
  • Experience within the foodservice industry or with foodservice operators/suppliers preferred.
  • Existing relationships with U.S. card issuers, processors, and retail executive teams preferred.
  • Knowledge of consumer acquisition channels, co-op marketing, and card-linking promotions preferred.
  • Prior experience scaling a partnerships function preferred.
