Description

  • Build and maintain partner-facing enablement content such as slides, case studies, one-pagers, battle cards, demo narratives, and integration materials.
  • Develop Claude skills and templates that help partners and Partner Managers create assets, answer merchant questions, and stay current on Loop’s products.
  • Create newsletters, product updates, and other partner communications that keep Loop top of mind and support referral generation and partner engagement.
  • Translate Loop’s product roadmap and launches into partner-ready education and messaging.
  • Prioritize, source, and write mutual customer case studies that use data to show the value of Loop and its partners.
  • Triage and respond to ad-hoc partner marketing requests quickly while maintaining quality.
  • Support planning and execution of partner events such as the annual Partner Summit, partner dinners, and relationship-building activities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product Marketing, Merchant Success, Sales, and RevOps to align partner messaging and enablement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Experience in partner marketing or enablement is a plus.
  • Experience at a SaaS company or agency serving ecommerce clients in the Shopify ecosystem is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ad-hoc requests.
  • Curiosity and experimentation with AI and other new technologies.
  • Experience with workflow automation, content acceleration, or skill-building tools; prior experience building a Claude skill is a bonus.
  • Ability to turn complex product information into clear, usable assets.
  • Strong storytelling ability backed by data and impact analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
