Description

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for top ecosystem partners, including DeFi protocols, RWA platforms, wallets, and institutional integrations.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner marketing and growth teams and align on shared objectives and joint KPIs.
  • Design and execute co-marketing programs across social, events, newsletters, AMAs, and thought leadership.
  • Translate technical integrations and product launches into clear, differentiated value propositions for key audiences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partner stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and on message.
  • Produce partner case studies, co-authored op-eds, launch announcements, and educational materials.
  • Write and edit copy across formats, including social threads, long-form posts, press releases, and one-pagers.
  • Develop sales enablement and co-marketing assets that help partners represent BNB Chain credibly.
  • Define success metrics for partner campaigns and track performance rigorously.
  • Report on partner marketing impact and ecosystem opportunities to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or growth marketing.
  • Experience in blockchain, web3, and/or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain, web3, DeFi, financial services, and growth marketing.
  • Experience planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and growth marketing tactics.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive GTM execution with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to establish structure and processes that scale.
  • Deep understanding of the BNB Chain ecosystem and its key projects is preferred.
  • Experience with RWA, DeFi, and institutional blockchain integrations is preferred.
  • Multilingual ability or experience working in global markets is a plus.
