Description

  • Identify and prioritize new enterprise and agency market opportunities.
  • Translate customer and industry insights into differentiated partnership strategies.
  • Build and manage a high-value enterprise sales pipeline to drive new revenue.
  • Lead complex enterprise negotiations and structure impactful deals.
  • Partner with product and marketing to align solutions with evolving enterprise needs.
  • Establish scalable sales processes that improve velocity and partner satisfaction.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at brands, agencies, and platform partners.
  • Represent Later externally at conferences, industry forums, and key client engagements.
  • Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategy, execution, and enterprise positioning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development.
  • Experience in SaaS, martech, or creator economy businesses is preferred.
  • Proven success negotiating and closing large, complex enterprise deals with brands and agencies.
  • Deep expertise in the creator economy, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Track record of scaling partnership or enterprise sales teams and building repeatable processes.
  • Exceptional executive relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools, such as Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA or an advanced degree is an asset.
  • Open to fully remote candidates in North America.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $175,000–$225,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Significant uncapped commission structure.
  • Market-based, data-driven compensation approach.
  • Bi-annual compensation reviews based on performance and market factors.
  • Permanent team members are eligible to participate in various benefits plans.
  • Fully remote work option for select positions, including this role in North America.
