Description

  • Work with existing card-only customers to upsell the business account suite of products, including checking, treasury, and sweep.
  • Assist in creating Security Account Control Agreements (SACA) or Cash Covenants to help provide higher credit limits to customers.
  • Manage accounts and act as a trusted advisor through strategic inbound and outbound sales activity.
  • Engage with businesses across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, onboarding, and closing.
  • Develop strategic plans with cross-functional team members to drive product adoption, increase AUM, and grow revenue.
  • Participate in daily training and enablement to support ongoing self-development.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Relationship Managers, Customer Success, and Client Sales to generate referrals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience in financial services, fintech, or early-stage companies.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging executive-level C-suite decision makers.
  • Experience carrying quota and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree from a 4-year university.
  • Series 7 and 63 license, active or able to be re-activated, preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and Outreach, preferred.

Benefits

  • Expected OTE of USD $132,888 - $166,110.
  • Equity may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
  • Hybrid work environment in San Francisco or New York City.
  • Minimum two coordinated in-office days per week, with three days per week required starting February 2, 2026.
  • Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
