Description

  • Serve as the daily account lead and maintain proactive client communication.
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple large, high-value client projects.
  • Ensure junior team members produce quality account deliverables, including status reports, meetings, and contact reports.
  • Lead productive project kickoffs and hold team members accountable for required documentation.
  • Ensure teams understand and execute Medical/Legal/Regulatory review processes to support clean submissions.
  • Manage client budgets in partnership with project management and client leadership.
  • Develop forecasts with project management and help ensure financial goals are met or exceeded.
  • Allocate the right resources at the right time while maintaining profitability.
  • Support the development and presentation of statements of work (SOWs).
  • Participate in new business opportunities and attend pitches.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with strategy and creative teams to lead brand planning and brief development.
  • Work with strategy and analytics teams to evaluate performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing accounts.
  • At least 5 years of agency and/or pharmaceutical-side experience.
  • Multichannel marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, grow, and extend client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of multidisciplinary team roles and when to engage resources.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and self-accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects on time.
  • Masterful communication skills, including listening, speaking, and business writing.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience with or understanding of Medical/Legal/Regulatory review processes is preferred.
