Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and advertising partners to drive business opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Prepare Quarterly Business Review presentations and competitive insights to educate clients and support upsell opportunities.
  • Own troubleshooting efforts and coordinate integrations with the Technical Team to resolve issues promptly.
  • Support Sales Managers in closing new business by developing campaign strategies aligned to client objectives.
  • Analyze account performance and recommend strategic improvements to help clients achieve business goals.
  • Develop product and market expertise to advise clients on ad buys, supply sources, attribution, bidding, ad units, and targeting.
  • Collaborate with internal and global partners across functions to manage multiple moving parts and priorities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the online or mobile advertising industry in a customer-facing role.
  • History of growing accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage details accurately, and keep the big picture in mind.
  • Strong analytical approach with the ability to collect, organize, dissect, evaluate, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working cross-functionally with local and global partners.
  • Sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges with worldwide colleagues and partners.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong teammate with a can-do attitude.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position, and work visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.
