Description

  • Maintain and optimize end-to-end go-to-market processes across Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success.
  • Own and optimize the go-to-market tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales outreach, and customer success tools.
  • Provide strategy and reporting on core revenue drivers and performance metrics for cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership on forecasting, territory alignment, and capacity planning.
  • Serve as administrator for GTM systems and support employee onboarding, offboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing user support.
  • Analyze Sales and Marketing data and deliver insights to management, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Work with GTM leaders to identify bottlenecks and improve win rates, sales cycle length, retention, and expansion outcomes.
  • Develop processes and measurement plans to report on the full GTM funnel in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
  • Support pricing, packaging, and new product or segment launches with data and measurement input.
  • Establish data governance standards and documentation for GTM processes, metrics, and systems.
  • Introduce automation and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual work and improve GTM productivity.
  • Potentially manage a Revenue Operations team as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations in a high-velocity SaaS environment with a sales cycle under 20 days.
  • Deep experience with HubSpot, including CRM and marketing automation functions.
  • HubSpot certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with GTM tools such as Aircall, Intercom, Chilipiper, Arrows, Grain, Appcues, and Zapier.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on improving processes to drive efficiency.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and funnel performance.
  • Understanding of core GTM metrics and how to measure and improve performance across the funnel.
  • Strong communication skills for clearly conveying insights, recommendations, and updates to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience establishing or maintaining data quality and consistency across systems.
  • Experience and interest in using automation and AI to improve workflows and productivity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic environment.
  • Action-oriented, self-driven, and committed to execution.
  • Intellectually curious, a continuous learner, and adept at cross-functional collaboration.
