Description

  • Oversee, grow, and expand a portfolio of strategic diversified accounts valued at $8-15MM in revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Understand client brands, businesses, long-term goals, and key objectives.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to create customer experiences that drive results.
  • Guide cross-functional teams from project initiation through completion.
  • Promote integrated solutions and identify opportunities to expand the scope of business.
  • Collaborate with practice and competency leaders to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Develop and manage strategic account plans that identify threats, uncover opportunities, and strengthen client relationships enterprise-wide.
  • Oversee new statement of work kickoffs and customer onboarding with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, design, and development.
  • Partner with Program Delivery to ensure work is delivered to client satisfaction and revenue forecasts are accurate in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account leadership experience as a client partner, client service executive, engagement lead, or account manager.
  • 10+ years of experience in the professional services and/or consulting industry.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the B2B sector, including industrial, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, agriculture, transportation, and/or automotive.
  • Experience in the U.S. financial services sector, such as banking, wealth management, insurance, or fintech, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success growing portfolios and expanding client accounts.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically about business, customer experience, and technical challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-changing environment.
  • Outstanding executive presence, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading and operating in a matrixed organization.
  • Prior people management or mentorship experience.
  • Experience working with a global delivery team.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting or agency experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel and work on-site with clients up to 60% of the time.

  • Remote, full-time position based in Canada.
  • Competitive salary range of $161,615 to $197,979 per year.
  • Pay is influenced by experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs.
