Description

  • Build and document a pipeline of opportunities through client relationship development, research, and collaboration with the Market Intel team.
  • Lead business development activities and direct project pursuit efforts within the Healthcare market vertical.
  • Serve as the primary external-facing representative and proactively identify opportunities with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute an annual client relations and sales plan with business development leadership.
  • Gather market intelligence, open doors to new clients and partners, and refine engagement strategies using team insights.
  • Support project delivery teams by building relationships and increasing visibility into new client pipelines.
  • Expand existing and past client relationships to grow service opportunities and future business.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to increase visibility and generate relationships and referrals.
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on client efforts, leads, and project status through CRM tools and processes.
  • Represent TEECOM as a trusted advisor while helping guide decisions in the company’s favor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Engineering.
  • 15 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Healthcare market vertical experience is highly preferred.
  • Established network and experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Knowledge of professional services procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, proposals, bidding, and award.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and pursuits simultaneously.
  • Strong networking, people, and relationship-building skills, both in person and online.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
