Description

  • Generate leads and build pipeline through networking, industry events, email campaigns, outreach, and prospecting tools.
  • Support senior sales representatives by preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and provide information on products and services.
  • Follow up on leads, respond to client inquiries, and maintain timely communication throughout the sales process.
  • Develop deep product and market knowledge to communicate value through a value-based selling approach.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate sales data, activities, and client interactions.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, customer needs, the competitive landscape, and the creator marketing space.
  • Participate in ongoing training to strengthen sales skills and stay current on products, market changes, and measurement best practices.
  • Work toward individual and team sales targets and KPIs, including quarterly revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure a seamless sales process and strong customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles such as Account Manager or Digital Planner.
  • Experience in influencer/creator marketing or adjacent fields such as media sales, publishing, or social platform sales is preferred.
  • Junior, high-potential candidates with strong client presence are strongly considered.
  • Ability to grow a personal account list to self-sufficiency within six months.
  • Ability to lead 5+ new client meetings per week.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to proposals and industry events.
  • Strong networking ability, both online and in person, to build client relationships.
  • Self-sufficient, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, collaboration with Senior Client Partners, and bringing a point of view on the creator ecosystem.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
