Description

  • Build and maintain a target list of potential partners and run outbound outreach to recruit them into the program.
  • Run discovery and intro calls with prospective partners and bring new partners into the partnership program.
  • Onboard new partners and equip them with the materials they need to refer clients, including one-pagers, case studies, and co-branded assets.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with active partners on a monthly or quarterly cadence to keep relationships engaged and productive.
  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives such as joint webinars, blog content, email campaigns, and co-branded case studies with partners and the internal marketing team.
  • Track partner activity, inbound lead flow, outbound referrals, and commission payouts in HubSpot.
  • Follow up on outbound partner referrals to confirm close status and ensure commissions owed to BlueTuskr are collected.
  • Relay partner offerings and opportunities to the accounts team so client value can be extended through the channel.
  • Report to the CEO on program performance, pipeline activity, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS, agency, or marketing services context is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills at C1+ level or native fluency.
  • Comfort leading Zoom calls and communicating professionally with US-based executives.
  • Ability to work independently, set your own outreach cadence, and manage a partner pipeline without micromanagement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple partners, campaigns, and commission payouts.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Availability during standard EST business hours.
  • Bonus: experience in e-commerce, DTC, or the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Bonus: background in SaaS partnerships, agency partnerships, or content collaborations.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $2,500/month USD ($30,000/year) for a 20-hour workweek.
  • Inbound commission of 3% of net revenue on partner-sourced closed deals for the life of the client while employed.
  • Outbound commission of 3% of commissions BlueTuskr receives from partner referrals that close while employed.
  • New partnership bonuses.
  • Year 1 total compensation target of $45,000-$50,000 with realistic partnership activity.
  • Year 2+ compensation trajectory of $60,000-$75,000+ as the residual book grows.
  • Fully remote work arrangement with a flexible schedule within EST business hours.
  • Independent contractor payment structure paid twice per month in USD.
  • Potential full-time conversion within 6-12 months and a path to a leadership role.
