Description

  • Manage a multimillion-dollar portfolio of national corporate accounts, cause campaigns, and fundraising programs.
  • Develop and strengthen corporate partnerships through strategic planning, relationship management, communication, collaboration, and negotiation.
  • Negotiate corporate contract renewals and coordinate with legal counsel when needed.
  • Create and maintain partnership activation plans, impact reports, marketing plans, and stewardship materials.
  • Analyze industry trends, market data, and portfolio performance to evaluate ROI and growth potential.
  • Identify innovative ways to expand national partnerships, revenue, and awareness.
  • Oversee corporate activations and ensure adherence to Foundation guidelines, BBB standards, Commercial Co-Venture regulations, UBIT, and PICS requirements.
  • Support local chapter implementation of national partner campaigns and in-kind programs, including chapter communications, assets, and issue resolution.
  • Enter and maintain account data in Salesforce and run related portfolio reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights, recommendations, special projects, and committees.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, fundraising business development, marketing, sales, strategic alliances, or a related field.
  • Strong preference for nonprofit experience in a chapter-based model.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar account management platform.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, sales, and presentation skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Better Business Bureau standards related to charitable solicitations is desired.
  • Ability to manage confidential donor, client, and employee relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure and work evenings, weekends, outside normal business hours, and travel up to 30% within the U.S.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S., and the role is open to remote applicants anywhere in the continental U.S. or hybrid applicants in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
