Description

  • Identify, nurture, and close new leads through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Develop and execute designer outreach and nurture strategies with guidance from the Associate Director of Marketing.
  • Partner with Marketing and Community teams to onboard designers and support their early success on the Thangs platform.
  • Drive designer outreach and growth goals by onboarding new designers and supporting existing designers' business growth.
  • Serve as a trusted business advisor to designers by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and retention.
  • Negotiate rates and partnership terms with designers and business partners as needed.
  • Build creative industry, brand, retail, and other strategic partnerships that expand Thangs' reach and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director of Marketing and executive team on partnership strategy and execution.
  • Support designers with product and business education and share progress and learnings with the team.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or account management.
  • Existing relationships with corporate and independent retailers in the United States or Europe.
  • Experience in the 3D printing, design, or creator ecosystem, working with makers, artists, or digital creators.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling, CAD, or additive manufacturing ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the lead nurture and conversion process.
  • Ability to identify, negotiate, close, and execute strategic business partnerships.
  • Experience using a CRM database, preferably HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize messaging for prospects.
  • Organized self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated empathy and awareness of the unique needs of creative professionals.
  • Fluent in English; multilingual capabilities are a plus.
