Description

  • Learn Bloomerang’s fundraising, donor, and volunteer management solutions and clearly communicate their value to nonprofit decision-makers.
  • Prospect into cold accounts through research and outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and personalized messages.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential nonprofit customers who are not actively seeking a new solution.
  • Build and maintain a 90-day rolling pipeline of high-quality potential meetings from scratch.
  • Partner with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and hand off qualified opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed business development targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and lead tracking in Salesforce.
  • Record all customer interactions and pipeline progress in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably as an SDR, BDR, or sales intern, or business experience with a strong interest in SaaS sales.
  • Passion for helping nonprofits and understanding their challenges.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to stay motivated without warm leads.
  • Resilience and persistence with comfort handling rejection.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to engage senior leaders and handle objections confidently.
  • Curious and coachable mindset with a drive to continuously improve.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or 6Sense is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a permanent, full-time, fully remote role within the U.S. or select Canadian provinces.
  • No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
