Description

  • Research high-value target accounts using internal, external, and intent signals.
  • Develop engagement plans, contact maps, and account strategy briefs for senior sellers and leadership.
  • Execute personalized outbound campaigns through social selling, networking, marketing programs, and events.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospect needs and fit.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach, interactions, deal status, milestones, and action items.
  • Nurture qualified opportunities and serve as a key point of contact for prospects.
  • Collaborate with Strategic E-commerce Partners, Marketing, Sales Operations, Partnerships, and other teams.
  • Report weekly on outreach activity, lead generation, and deal progression.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, process, and best-practice improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and gaps in sales development processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales development, business development, account management, or a similar role.
  • Proven success generating qualified leads through proactive outreach.
  • Understanding of longer-term sales cycles and pipeline progression.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, payments, or fraud is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling messaging.
  • Strong AI skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $70,000–$80,000 annually.
  • On-target earnings up to $140,000 annually, including commissions.
  • Eligibility for 1,200 stock options.
