Description

  • Own 4–5 outbound projects as the lead strategist and primary decision-maker.
  • Oversee 12–20 campaign launches per month, including copy development and template building.
  • Drive appointment generation targets by managing monthly contact imports and campaign performance.
  • Lead weekly client calls, provide expert recommendations, and act as a growth partner.
  • Guide a dedicated Researcher to maintain data accuracy and keep projects on schedule.
  • Manage the technical backend of multiple campaigns, including mailboxes, deliverability, and HubSpot/spreadsheet integrations.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and adjust strategy when results dip.
  • Collaborate across the outbound process to ensure quality delivery and client alignment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance-driven sales roles such as BDR, SDR, BDM, or Account Management.
  • Strong strategic confidence with the ability to defend recommendations using data.
  • Deep fluency with CRM and automation tools and the ability to troubleshoot cold outreach tech stacks.
  • Experience managing senior client expectations and leading strategic sessions in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment and lead under pressure.
  • Fluent English at C1/C2 level.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and adjust approach proactively.
  • Experience building and scaling a sales motion is expected.
  • Preferred: background in research is not required.
  • Preferred: experience in outbound sales or cold outreach operations.
