Description

  • Run discovery calls with inbound qualified prospects to assess fit and needs.
  • Build tailored proposals from templates and present them to prospects.
  • Close deals by sending contracts, collecting the first invoice, and introducing the delivery team.
  • Prepare clear handoff briefs to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Keep the CRM in HubSpot accurate and maintain an up-to-date pipeline.
  • Manage a high-volume sales process with quick-moving deals and active follow-up.
  • Track each opportunity’s stage, prospect needs, and next steps to prevent deals from falling through the cracks.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Fluency in English at C1/C2 level.
  • Experience selling to or working with US and/or European clients.
  • Working-level understanding of lead generation, including outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, copywriting, and list research.
  • Strong curiosity and the habit of asking detailed questions before recommending solutions.
  • Ability to give honest, balanced feedback to prospects and teammates.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and learning quickly.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is required for day-to-day pipeline management.
