Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base across the region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify emerging markets, market shifts, new products, and competitive activity.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and present sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to management.
  • Partner with the marketing team to identify campaign, service, and distribution opportunities that drive sales growth.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build market presence.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to incorporate client feedback into product improvements.
  • Lead and manage a competitive sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a regional leadership or business development role within the SaaS or tech industry, preferably in B2B products.
  • Strong understanding of the market and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
