Description

  • Sell Axon products and services to law enforcement agencies as a quota-carrying field representative.
  • Manage and grow revenue and market share within designated agencies.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and execute account strategies with the account team to strengthen value propositions.
  • Track customer activity in internal systems to support account planning and identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee account activities across the book of business and own assigned customer relationships.
  • Forecast business, provide timely account updates to management, and share market intelligence and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and experts when needed to support customers and close business.
  • Provide customer product demonstrations, technical and administrative product information, and product training as needed.
  • Manage the individual expense budget for the territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful customer-facing Software (SaaS/Cloud) sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a book of business for major accounts.
  • Experience with solution or consultative selling in complex sales processes.
  • Data management experience using Salesforce, preferred, or a similar CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS.
  • Ability to travel 70% or more, including 3-4 days per week on the road and overnight travel.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Startup experience and some vertical industry experience preferred.
  • Law Enforcement or Public Safety experience preferred.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
