Description

  • Manage and grow revenue and market share within the assigned Southeast territory.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute account strategies with the account team to deliver stronger value propositions.
  • Track customer activity in internal systems to support account planning and identify new opportunities.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery across accounts.
  • Understand customer business and workflows and build the right contact network within each account.
  • Work with specialists and experts as needed to support account success.
  • Oversee account activities and own the relationship for the assigned book of business.
  • Forecast account performance, monitor competitor activity, and share timely feedback with management and marketing.
  • Provide customer product training when necessary and manage the individual expense budget.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in customer-facing SaaS or cloud software sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a book of business for major accounts.
  • Experience with solution or consultative sales in complex sales processes.
  • Experience managing customer data in Salesforce, or a similar CRM, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS environments.
  • Ability to travel 70%+, including 3-4 days per week on the road and overnight travel.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex solution offerings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Startup experience and some vertical industry experience preferred.
  • Law enforcement or public safety experience preferred.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
