Description

  • Manage a portfolio of more than 150 existing customers ranging from 100 to 2,500 employees.
  • Prioritize and segment accounts using scalable tiering and data-driven strategies.
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve renewals, upsells, and customer engagement at scale.
  • Work with Client Success Partners to gather customer insights and engagement signals.
  • Launch automated campaigns and structured outreach sequences across the portfolio.
  • Prepare scalable account review frameworks to surface growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to renewal and expansion pipeline generation across the portfolio.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify expansion opportunities and churn risks.
  • Optimize renewal and upsell workflows through process improvements and automation.
  • Lead business negotiations and present or demo the platform when required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an Account Manager, BDR, or sales-related role with a portfolio of clients.
  • Previous experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
  • Native French and fluent English proficiency (B2+).
  • Strong active listening skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with remote, fast-paced working environments.
  • Interest in or ability to work with automation, reporting, and scalable account management processes.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth at scale.
