Description

  • Own and manage a $5M+ book of business for EMEA-based customers.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Meet or exceed Net ARR, renewal, expansion, and adoption targets.
  • Develop targeted account strategies to increase product usage and uncover upsell opportunities.
  • Forecast pipeline accurately and maintain consistent reporting on performance metrics.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to deepen customer adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns that increase awareness and product usage.
  • Coordinate with New Business teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff of new customers.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health, growth initiatives, and account performance to international leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, ideally supporting EMEA markets.
  • Proven track record of driving renewals and expansions in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools, pipeline analytics, and forecasting.
  • Willingness and ability to work 12 pm–9 pm IST to align with EMEA business hours.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in India.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, not required.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or SPIN.
  • Experience in a hyper-growth SaaS environment managing complex portfolios.
