Description

Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for healthcare, executive support, operations, marketing, sales, and administrative roles.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions and identify new sourcing platforms and methods.
Conduct initial interviews and competency assessments for candidates.
Evaluate candidates for technical ability, communication, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
Verify employment history, qualifications, and references where required.
Present shortlisted candidates with interview summaries and recommendations.
Manage candidate pipelines using the company’s ATS and CRM.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Track recruitment KPIs, maintain hiring records, and support process improvements.

Requirements

Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience in agency or internal settings.
Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent interview and candidate assessment skills.
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Experience recruiting in healthcare, executive support, or professional services is preferred.
Experience recruiting internationally is preferred.
Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms is preferred.
Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques is preferred.
Strong understanding of remote hiring best practices is preferred.

Benefits

Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
Remote work with South Africa preferred.
Monthly compensation of $1,500 USD plus commission.
