Description

Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment databases, and passive sourcing methods.
Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
Screen CVs and applications, conduct initial telephone and virtual interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.
Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and communicate interview details to candidates and interviewers.
Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline updates, and data within the ATS and other recruitment platforms.
Prepare offer documentation and support onboarding administration as needed.
Generate recruitment reports, monitor metrics, and support continuous process improvements.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and maintain organized documentation.

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination.
Previous recruitment experience within the healthcare industry is essential.
Experience recruiting for healthcare professionals, clinical, allied health, or administrative healthcare roles is highly advantageous.
Experience using recruitment platforms such as Apploi, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar ATS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Benefits

Full-time remote work.
US working hours (9am-5pm EST).
Salary paid in South African Rand (ZAR).
